Our Commitment to Accuracy
Accuracy is the foundation of a reliable city guide. While we strive for perfection, the sheer volume of live data and the rapidly changing nature of city life mean errors can occur. We are committed to correcting significant factual errors quickly and transparently.
What You Can Report
We welcome reports regarding any of the following:
- Incorrect Event Details: Wrong dates, times, locations, or cancelled events.
- Closed Businesses: Restaurants, shops, or attractions that have permanently closed.
- Broken Links: Links to external resources that no longer work.
- Inaccurate City Info: Errors in neighborhood descriptions or logistical details.
- Article Facts: Errors in our news, guides, or feature articles.
- Outdated Resources: Official links or contact numbers that have changed.
How to Submit a Correction
To report an error, please use our contact form and select "Report Incorrect Information" from the category dropdown.
Please provide as much detail as possible, including a link to the page where you found the error and, if available, a link to a primary source (like an official government page or the business's own website) that verifies the correct information.
Our Correction Process
Once we receive a report:
- Verification: Our editorial team will verify the report against primary sources.
- Correction: If the error is confirmed, we will update the database or article immediately.
- Transparency: For significant factual errors in articles, we will add a correction note at the bottom of the piece.
Response Expectations
We aim to review all correction reports within 48 hours. While we cannot always reply to every submission individually, please be assured that every report is read and investigated. Updates to live data (like transit status or weather) are often handled automatically by our providers, but we will manually intervene if a persistent error is found in our local caching or presentation.
